It's A Woman's World. This little AAQI quilt was so fun to make. I enjoy mixing machine and hand quilting and this little quilt has both. The novelty print has been fussy cut and raw edge appliqued. Then with my walking foot I machine quilted the horizontal of the quilt. With embroidery thread I added a primitive hand quilting stitch for a "pop" of color. Added some tiny buttons and this cute little quilt was complete. The quilt measures 8 3/4 x 11 inches and will be on it's way to help earn a "cool" million for Alzheimer's research.
