Just completed the hand quilting on this Yellow Lab Mini Quilt. We were so very lucky to have two yellow labs in our life. Bear, a dog trained to be a sporting retriever but was gun shy and Maggie a puppy mill dog that was dumped when she became to old. Both were rescues and both were wonderful dogs. Bear was so polite (I guess from all this training) and Maggie was a real mothering type, who allowed our toddler grandson to climb all over her. Labs are wonderful dogs they always want to please.
