Welcome to my quilting journal. A continuing story of how vintage quilt blocks, tiny pieces of fabrics, and handmade needlework---together become an AAQI mini quilt dedicated to my Mom, a quilt for the Festival of Sharing, or a gift. My journal also contains stories of other stitching projects and the goings on around our homestead in the Village of Josephville. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your visit.

Wall at Work
Resting on my little patch of design wall is a new work. It measures 23 x 21 inches and is just a group of unconnected blocks. I'm going to let it stay on the wall for about a week. I'll be in and out just looking and questioning---do I need to make any changes? Is the color right? What about the placement? Does it have the feel I want? What do you think? Comments are welcomed. Happy Quilting!
