Helpful Tool

Do you have a design wall?  I didn't for a long time and then I was working on a larger size wall hanging and realized how handy they can be.  So a few years ago I just stapled a piece of flannel on the small space behind the door.  I know have a design wall.  It is great for my small quilts and since my sewing area is small it works well.

I'm thinking horses right now.  I found this great fabric with many horses running and thought it would be prefect for a horse owner I know.  I'm planning a small wall hanging and maybe a lap quilt for TV watching.
